Employee would be responsible and provide for administrative and customer service support to the medical practice. These functions include but are not limited to registration, check in/ check out processes, scheduling, making referrals, answering, routing and screening telephone calls, taking detailed messages, auditing encounter forms, taking co-payments, completing daily deposits, effective communication, operational knowledge and functionality with office equipment such as fax machines, computers, and postage machines.
