Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is primarily responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations of the department according to agency policies and procedures. In addition this position is accountable for the paper flow and scanning in of all paperwork.

-Actively involved in organizing the workings of the department.
-Has experience in organization, paperwork, HR, payroll distribution, and motivating others to be timely and urgent.
-Maintains a high standard of Customer Service through resolving issues timely and implementing programs/concepts that focus on service.
-Basic understanding of accounting.
-Knowledge of agency policies, regulations and procedures.
-Make sure that all parts of the referral/admit process are handled
-Make sure that all paperwork is received timely and is reviewed timely and accurately prior to acceptance and scanned in and sent to the appropriate departments by end of business day.

Qualifications and Experience:

-Self Motivated Individual
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
-Actively involved in organizing the workings of the branch. Has experience in organization, paperwork, HR, payroll distribution, and motivating others to be timely and urgent.
-Ability to work in teams and team building
-Pass a criminal background check.

Schedule:

This person is available at all times during operating hours and participates in all activities relevant to the professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel.
