Job Description
• Greet clients and visitors and provide tours of the facility
• Obtain patient information for registration and insurance filing to be entered into Health Fusion
• Determined patient's needs, ensure all intake forms are complete and signed
• Assist with check in and out of patients and collecting payments
• Answer phone, educate callers on the programs available, schedule appointments,
• Make reminder calls and occasional outbound calls to interested clients
• Retrieve faxes, work social media applications, maintain product inventory levels
• Team player by working as a team with CNA techs and supervisors
• Pro-active, self motivated, forward thinking, able to suggest process improvement ideas
• Posted payments and balance client payments
• Ability to use Paint to put together flyers and email ads, a plus
• Prepared reports using MS Word and Excel
• Respect patients' right to privacy
